Being body positive can be very hard, especially when we have celebrities to compare ourselves to and magazines outlining what the ideal body shape should be. It is very hard not to admire an Instagram model for their body and style. We are constantly bombarded with unrealistic images of what society deems as beautiful.
With summer coming our way, this is going to be even more apparent as the bikini bodies come out. With that in mind, Instagram is also the host of many body positive women who post about their battles and struggles and show us how to be carefree and beautiful in their own skin, and it is truly inspiring. So, there is no need to worry about getting that body to match those models and celebrities when you can be the best you in the body you are in. Here are some beautiful ladies who do this exceptionally well.
