Five of the Most Influential Women You Need to Follow on Instagram

New Year and new influential women to follow and be inspired by!

Eva Chen @evachen212

New York-based Eva is Head of Fashion Partnerships at Instagram. As a college student, she interned at Harper’s Bazaar, before moving on to work for Lucky, Elle, and then Teen Vogue. So, it’s safe to say she knows a few things about fashion. She even has her own signature pose (#evachenpose). She also posts pictures of her adorable family and amazing photos of New York which will make you want to jump on a plane to the Big Apple.

Leandra (Medine) Cohen @leandramcohen

Leandra is the creator of fashion and lifestyle website Man Repeller. Explaining the title of her blog to the Daily Mail, she said, “Good fashion is about pleasing women, not men, so as it happens, the trends that we love, men hate. And that is fantastic.” She recently collaborated with Mango to create an incredible line and was featured in Vogue Spain. Her style is quirky and individual, and she will inspire you to start wearing socks with heels and funky earrings.

Ashley Louise James @ashleylouisejames

Those of you who are British might already know Ashley from reality show Made in Chelsea, but since leaving the show she’s worked as presenter and DJ. Based in London, she has released her own range of feminist slogan t-shirts based on empowerment and equality, with a percentage of profits going to Habitat for Humanity. She also has her own website in which you can find outfit inspiration for all occasions. She also doesn’t retouch or use Photoshop on any of her photos, which we love!

Negin Mirasheli @negin_mirsalehi

First of all, Negin has the cutest dog ever who also has his own Instagram page @moseymirsalehi. Secondly, she is a Persian-Dutch entrepreneur based in Amsterdam. Thirdly, her hair. It’s incredible. It should have its own Instagram. She was voted as Revolve’s Influencer of the Year and her company Gisou was also nominated for Revolve’s Best Influencer Brand. It sells bee-based hair products that are said to work miracles on your hair.

Fenn O’Meally @fenn_omeally

Filmmaker, journalist, DJ, model, and fashion icon. Fenn has one of the coolest Instagram accounts around. With amazing shots from all over the world and an effortless style, she’ll inspire you to invest in an old Polaroid camera and start exploring.

Kayla Itsines @kayla_itsines

Answering community questions – "where do you buy your workout clothes from" This is something that I feel like I need to say. When I started this journey, I told @tobi_pearce a few things I would absolutely not do. One of the things I said was.. "I don't want to be paid to advertise anything I don't believe in." There were obviously a few more things but this is the most relevant here and I want to start with the preface that I don't do paid shoutouts. I just thought I would say that before I go on to make my list of recommendations. Here are some brand names I like to wear, you can do your own research if you want. The brands I buy my clothes from are Adidas, Nike, Alo Yoga, Charli Cohen(what I'm wearing in this photo), Jaggard, Lorna Jane, Lurve, Koral, Nimble, P.E nation, New Guard, Puma, 2XU, New balance, Asics, Brooks, Contrology and Lululemon!! I'm sure there are many more but those are the ones I can think of right now! Save this post and look up all these amazing brands after! 🙌🙌
