Autumn knocks on this fascinating editorial by lookmaker Francesca Ragone and photographer Emanuela D’Ambrosi: branches, flowers and foliage wrap the feminine soul and present SS 2018 beauty trends.
Lookmaker Francesca Ragone, known for her project Beyouty, has collaborated with photographer Emanuela D’Ambrosi and presented to SANT Magazine the second appointment with Melancholic Heart, the series dedicated to the world of feelings and feminine emotions. The focus is on the thousand sides of the contemporary woman torn by loneliness and love, a woman who can go through the present’s joy and sadness, with the awareness that everything will make her stronger and more independent in the future.
Autumnal colours warm the feminine image giving her new strength and impulsiveness: branches, flowers and leaves dance in her hands. Her soul is pure and innocent, as delicate as petals of flowers. The protagonist of Melancholic Heart #2 knows how to seize her present without renouncing the vital lymph inside of her: Autumn will not take her soul to hibernation and her feelings will keep being alive. The sensuality of ruffles gives her an ethereal touch, the blush on her cheeks gives her the right amount of glamour.
This episode of Melancholic Heart #2 features a woman who can keep a strong visual contact with her observant. Her eyes are enhanced by nude and pearly shades as well as a touch of black kajal. The choice of the high bun for the hair shows her practical approach to life. Peachy nuance for her lips, as stated by the trend forecasting for SS 2018. White is the colour chosen for her nails, whereas red and violet announce the arrival of Spring, that is not that far anymore.
