So yesterday definitely wasn’t as wet as Friday! It was a relief to wake up in a dry tent, have dry clothes, and to feel warm again! So, first things first, we went and grabbed a coffee and breakfast, however, it’s such a shame that a festival which has so many exciting eateries, only offers the one choice of a breakfast roll in the morning. Though sometimes, a simple bacon roll is all you need after a night of partying!
Once the fields had opened to the public, it was time for some more exploring. We first headed to the intoxicating tea rooms for a cream tea and some swing dancing: the perfect start to a day!
After some jiving, we headed over to some of the festival stalls, which are full of the coolest clothes! From tassle bumbags to shiny raincoats, it’s so hard to prise yourself away from these.
Festival charms as well as the fabulous festival clothes, stalls are the perfect to spot some festival street style! We gave out some Clothes Minded goodie bags and took a few photos, but festival street style is always such great style inspiration!
Finally, we went and chilled by the main stage, sitting in the sun and listened to the sounds of Jessie Ware and James Bay; it was the perfect way to relax in the sun. Then Kool and The Gang took to the stage, and everyone started to party some more! Pharrell’s performance was disappointing, due to obvious miming, but Blur finished the night in a true musical style! An excellent way to a perfect second day!
