The new, sleek version of the stunning Predator 74, the Predator 74 XPS from British yard Sunseeker International, echoes all the hallmarks of greatness her predecessor held, with a renovated exterior and interior design. Created as part of the yard’s wider plan to distinguish its ranges by exterior and interior design language, this special edition of the sleek open-styled sports yacht features a range of visual and material changes.
Building on the legacy of the Predator 74, the Predator 74 XPS measures 22.8 metres in length with a beam of 5.38 metres. The revised exterior design is only available together with new styling as part of an optional package from the yard, but new owners are sure to love the exclusive allure offered by the Predator 74 XPS.
Her revised exterior includes the option for a dark grey hull with a silver superstructure, a colour combination that is sure to turn heads. The new superstructure also encompasses striking, oversized pillarless windows that reach all the way down to the side deck. Offering guests complete uninterrupted views of the surroundings, these windows flood the interiors with natural light, highlighting the stunning new interior design. Another clever additional feature is the cockpit door mechanism, which can be opened normally or lowered completely into the floor of the yacht at the flick of a switch. The area also includes an electric lowering carbon fibre cockpit table, immediately opening up the space. The Predator 74 XPS also features new LED navigation lights throughout to better light the way, while all exterior socialising spaces feature enhanced upholstery across all seating and sunpads.
Inside, the new design extends throughout the interior with the use of magnificent woods, luxurious contrasting fabrics, and rich lacquers throughout. The use of LED lights also provides an indirect and dimmable lighting option, thereby creating a sophisticated and striking ambience. Carbon fibre is also used throughout the interior, tying back to her exterior styling, with sharp accent designs, reflective surfaces, and stainless-steel cabinet detailing that can be seen across the latest Predator and Sport Yacht models from Sunseeker. Able to accommodate up to six guests across three cabins, this includes a full-beam master suite on the lower deck with a separate closet and ensuite, an ensuite VIP cabin in the bow, and a configurable ensuite cabin, all on the lower deck. The galley and a seating area are also located on the lower deck, with a crew cabin for two aft.
The Predator 74 XPS offers Sunseeker’s largest 1900 MAN engine option, giving her the same high performance to complement her design enhancements. With a top speed of 40 knots and a range of 330 nautical miles at 21 knots, she is the perfect choice for island hopping in the Mediterranean or cruising along the coastline.
