    What Benefits are offered by the DOL EEOICPA to its Employees?

    With a plethora of benefits offered by the DOL EEOICPA, you should rest assured that your pain and suffering would be adequately compensated by the Federal and State government. It has been deemed of great importance that you should look forward to having the right services offered by the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act. You could avail the benefits offered by the Department of Labor for your pain and suffering underwent while working with the Department of Energy.

    When it comes to the medical benefits offered to the employee, you should rest assured that the employee would be given an option to choose the registered nurse they deem fit to take care of them. The medical benefit would be free of charge for such employees under the EEOICPA program.
