This community in California was able to recognize its uniqueness and charm. To preserve this for the coming generations, they have created a covenant. Back in 1928, community owners were determined to maintain the flora, fauna, landscape, and architecture of this San Diego suburb.

Therefore, with their century-old determination and initiative, this place is one of the most exquisite and exclusive communities in CA today. For the same reason, the homes for sale in Rancho Santa Fe are in high demand. Read this blog to learn about the many things this neighborhood can offer.

Top seven reasons to move to Rancho Santa Fe –

    Rancho Santa Fe’s schools

For elementary and middle school education, students in Rancho Santa Fe can attend R. Roger Rawe school. It is the top-rated college in San Diego and has a record of high scores in the Academic Performance Index.

However, there is no high school in this area. Older students have the option of Torrey Pines High School, which offers a variety of programs like computer science, debate, and dancing. It is located near Del Mar. There are also some private schools that are highly rated.

    Location and accessibility

Rancho Santa Fe is located in the North region of San Diego, California. It is located near the city region and also offers a beautiful and serene view. There are various attraction sites and amenities that residents have access to.

It is a few miles away from Del Mar, which is home to beautiful beaches and dining scenes. It has a good transportation system, and it is well-linked with the major nearby cities.

    Outdoor activities

There are a lot of fun outdoor activities to do. You can go golfing, horse riding and do other activities. The Golf Club here is currently undergoing renovation.

However, there are other clubs and courses located nearby, such as Morgan Run, The Bridges, Fairbanks Ranch, and The Crasby. Hiking, bicycling, baseball, and tennis are other outdoor activities that you can do here.

    Weather

This place is blessed with beautiful weather all year round. The average temperature here ranges from 40 to 50 degrees. It never goes down below 40 and peaks at 89 degrees. The temperature is hot; however, breezes from the ocean give you significant relief. With more than 263 sunny days, you can hit the beach whenever you want.

    Real estate

Part of the beauty of the place comes from its beautiful homes. The community is popularly known for its luxurious houses and spacious lots. They have a mix of Mexican, Spanish, and Mediterranean designs. About 80% of the homes are used by their respective owners, while 20% are rented out. Therefore, Rancho Santa Fe is famous for both living and investment.

    Good reputationx

Many upscale neighborhoods and communities like the Rancho Santa Fe are reputed to be filled with snobs. However, this place does not have people filled with the rich-people attitude. It is home to hundreds of millionaires, but the atmosphere here is quite sweet and friendly. It might be related to the fact that everyone living here is fairly of equal status.

    Vibrant art scene

Sante Fe certainly is a special place for art lovers. Many world-class artists come here, making it a special spot for the arts scene. There are over 250 art galleries on Canyon Road, Lincoln Avenue downtown, and Railyard District. They have all kinds of art, such as photography, paintings, pottery, sculptures, textiles, and so on.

On Friday evenings, there are gallery openings where people can easily see and enjoy the artists’ work. Some important museums include the New Mexico Museum of Art, the IAIA Museum of Contemporary Native Arts, and the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum.

Whether you are a potential homebuyer or a curious visitor, you should not miss exploring these gems!
