The first release on the docket for Marvel is Moon Knight. The six-episode series is scheduled to release on Disney+ on 30 March 2022. Now Steven must learn to co-exist with his other personality and accept that he is also a superhero.
Morbius
Morbius is based on the comic book character of the same name, also known as the Living Vampire. The movie is scheduled to release in Theaters on 1 April 2022 in the United States. Morbius is a biochemist who, in an effort to cure himself, transforms into a vampire-like creature. The movie stars Jard Leto as Michael Morbius, alongside Matt Smith and Jared Harris.
In comic books, Morbius is usually depicted as Spiderman’s villain, but there are no confirmations regarding this connection in the MCU. The movie is expected to release on Netflix later when it will be available for streaming.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness
One of the most highly-awaited movies of the year, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, will release in theaters on 4 May 2022. Sam Raimi, the director of the first Spiderman trilogy, was chosen to bring this movie to the screens. Benedict Cumberbatch will return as Doctor Strange, and Elizabeth Olsen will return as Wanda Maximoff, better known as Scarlet Witch. The movie is also set with Xochitl Gomez as America Chavez and Rachel McAdams as Christine Palmer.
The movie will follow the events following Spiderman: No Way Home, leaving Dr. Strange to deal with the aftermath of the spell he had cast.
Ms. Marvel
The second TV series of the year, Ms. Marvel, is scheduled to release on 8 June 2022. The show will bring the first Marvel Muslim superhero to our screens, played by Iman Vellani. Iman will take on the role of Kamala Khan, a sixteen-year-old Pakistani-American teenager who discovers she has superpowers like the heroes she is inspired by, mainly Captain Marvel. The show will have six episodes and will stream on Disney+.
Thor: Love and Thunder
Scheduled for release on July 8, 2022, Thor: Love and Thunder will be the fifth standalone Thor movie to be released. Taika Waititi returned to direct the movie after the commercial and critical success of Thor Ragnarok. Chris Hemsworth returns as Thor, and Natalie Portman will be returning as Jane Foster. Tess Thompson returns as Valkyrie along with the cast of Guardians of the Galaxy.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever
The sequel to Black Panther will be missing its iconic lead, Chadwick Boseman, and according to Ryan Coogler, they will not be recasting the role of Black Panther. Chadwick’s death caused the director to change the events of the second installment, whichis now expected to release on 11 November 2022.
There are no details regarding the plot, and the movie is still months away from its theatrical release. The rest of the ensemble cast is expected to return for the sequel and that includes Martin Freeman and Letitia Wright.
She-Hulk
She-Hulk stars Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters, who turns into the green superhero after a blood transfusion from Bruce Banner. The third Marvel show this year will also see the return of Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner. The trailer is yet to release, but fans will be able to catch this show on Disney+ on the day of its release.
